Marss puts Zero Suit Samus in the 'booty butt cheeks' category in his latest Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tier list… before ceasing with the meme – EventHubs
Though many top competitors for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will often place Zero Suit Samus in the top tier or high tier categories of their tier lists, PG|Marss, the world’s most successful Zero Suit Samus user in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, typically asserts that the Metroid rep “sucks” or is “garbage.” In Marss’ most recently released tier list, he had Zero Suit Samus in the “booty butt cheeks” category right next to Dr. Mario, Little Mac, Jigglypuff and Ganondorf.
Of course, anybody that is familiar with Marss is probably aware that he’s simply playing up a meme. Joking about Zero Suit Samus as a garbage character has hilariously become part of Marss’ image at this point. Near the end of the construction of his tier list, Marss placed Zero Suit Samus where he actually believes she belongs — at the top of “almost broken.”
Inevitably, Zero Suit Samus ended up being the very last character that was correctly placed on Marss’ tier list. “I completely forgot about you, [Zero Suit Samus],” exclaimed Marss. “Same exact spot as last time, you freakin’ idiot. Zero Suit Samus sucks.”
“I didn’t mean that guys,” stated an apologetic Marss. “I didn’t mean that, Zero Suit Samus. I got a little passionate there, and my emotions took over.”
Evidently, Marss is quite talented at being both informative and comical in the way he plays up his meme.
The best characters in the game according to Marss are Joker, Pikachu, Snake, Pac-Man, Lucina, Pokémon Trainer, Wario, Shulk, Palutena, Peach, Roy and Wolf. These fighters have been labeled as being “broken.”
Aside from Persona’s Joker, Marss believes that Terry Bogard is the strongest DLC character released so far as he is the only one residing in the “almost broken” group. Meanwhile, Min Min and Sephiroth can be found in “not quite busted.” The rest of the DLC challengers reside in “mid” tier.
In total, Marss released four videos detailing his tier list for the roster in version 10.1 of the game. Check them all out below:
