A content creator whoâs built a large following with his workout videos has gone viral with one of his latest offerings.
Los Angeles-based Kevin McDonald uses the profile name @yourfriendkevin across various platforms.

In a new video, he reacts to another influencerâs âglute maxxingâ attempts. Kevin says the guy is doing well and puts this down partly to lots of exercises that many people skip, including leg raises. Kevin says many guys donât do the exercise because it looks somewhat feminine and conjures memories of Richard Simmons. However, the exercise is great for your glutes!
Kevin then demonstrates what he means. He lies on his side and places a resistance band around his lower thighs. Resting on one elbow, he then raises one leg.

Now, the reason itâs gone viral is not simply that itâs a demonstration of a terrific thigh and glute exercise. Kevin is also wearing nothing but figure-hugging boxer briefs. He also appears to be packing in the front section.
Am I really this gay that this was one of the hottest videos Iâve ever watched
pecs make me so gay itâs not even funny https://t.co/PvnvQVoHoi
ain't no way he expected us to pay attention with a triple stack of meat sitting on the bread like that https://t.co/gQiQ9l6rLU
On Instagram and TikTok, the response was equally feral. It appears many people felt compelled to watch the video several times to ⌠study Kevinâs form.
This Small Move Makes a Big Difference
We, of course, are sharing the video for no other reason beside its educational merits. We all want to max those glute muscles, right?
Oh, and in a separate tweet, Kevin reacted to someone criticizing the use of the term âglute maxxingâ. He threw shade at it, suggesting âthe maxxing suffixâ, as popularized in relation to âlooks maxxingâ, âis virtually meaningless outside of being a signal for other men to communicate that they have hobbies but not the gay kind.â

Should you want even more information from Kevin about boosting your booty, he helpfully posted a video on YouTube a few months ago with further exercises.
Do straight dudes send booty pics to women? The internet weighs in.
